The transition to mySDCCD has been occurring throughout the year; All Financial Aid activity is tracked in my SDCCD. Spring 2019 students will continue to use their CSID (7 digits) to login to Reg-e for the Spring 2019 semester (including Transcripts).

The My Portal link is located in the same location on all college websites as shown above. Logging into the portal is easy! San Diego City, Mesa and Miramar Colleges and Continuing Education use a single point-of-entry portal (called "mySDCCD"), which consolidates all crucial student information on admissions, enrollment, financial aid, payment, counseling, records, and more. Below is some very important information and several answers to some of the quick questions you may have regarding mySDCCD. To create your mySDCCD account, visit mySDCCD Account Creation at https://sdpss.sdccd.edu/enroll/ and follow the on-screen instructions. If you still need assistance, please visit the Admissions office (College) or Student Services office (Continuing Education Students) with your photo ID. You can also submit a support ticket to the mySDCCD Support Desk. Employees: If you do not know your 10-digit User ID, please contact the Human Resources payroll office at 619-388-6582.

For current students, log on to your MySDCCD Portal (myportal.sdccd.edu) to order official transcripts and to view unofficial transcripts. To order official transcripts click "Request Official Transcripts" under Student Quicklinks on the right-hand side or click "Request Official Transcripts" under the "My Academics" tab on the left-hand side.
Once you know your Student ID#, you must login in on My Portal to access your Student Email Account, WebAdvisor and Canvas. These web-based services provide students with immediate access to their student profile/status and a direct line of correspondence from the college to the student for urgent notifications and notices.

Logging into mySDCCD As part of the districtwide upgrade to Campus Solutions and increasing need for enhanced security, all SDCCD employees (faculty, staff, managers) will be required to use their Employee Identification number, or User ID, to login to PeopleSoft.
